Jazz & Tap

JAZZ

Strength, flexibility, conditioning technique and progressions including turns, kicks and leaps. Learn many classic jazz, Broadway style and current dance steps that are used for all forms of dance. It is a wonderful technique class to get a well-rounded variety dance skills.
* Designed for Beginners 
* Elementary ages 5-14
* Easy - Moderate Skill Level
* Good for students with little to no dance experience
* You will get 1 weekly group session for 4 consecutive weeks

 ---> ATTIRE ---> Black leotard, Black tights, spandex shorts or leggings, jazz shoes (socks or bare feet acceptable for placement class), hair secure off face & neck.

TAP

Learn basic tap footwork, rhythm, and timing. Develop mental stimulation & agility. Additional benefits of tap dancing include coordination, balance, lower body strength.

CREATIVE MOVEMENT (Teen & Adult)

ALL LEVELS WELCOME!!!
You will enjoy a dance combo of easy steps either pre-choreographed or created through collaborating together in order to get our bodies moving. Connect and create with other adults of all dance levels. Benefits include exploring self-expression, creative inspiration, stress relief, learning musicality, and personal and physical growth through dance. Each week's style will inspire you from hip hop to modern to jazz!

* Easy - Moderate Skill Level

* Good for students with little to no dance experience
